I've been a member at Restore Therapy for a year now, and it’s been a truly transformative experience for my health and wellness journey. Every visit leaves me feeling more confident and comfortable, thanks to the incredible staff. The nurses are gentle and skilled with IV treatments, making each session seamless. Tom very knowledgeable, great communicator and made every visit welcoming. Brandt is just as awesome. I started off with the 3 for $50 and 1/2 the service and 1/2 the product sold me on a membership. The team at Restore helped me take my health back. At 31 years old I just wasn't recovering from long Jiu Jitsu sessions like I used to. Initially, I chalked it up to being over 30 and the years of abuse my body had endured from football, soccer, and my time in the military. After several services at Restore I can confirm this was absolutely not the case 😅

Red Light and Cryotherapy drastically improved my recovery time between jiu jitsu classes. My overall muscle and joint soreness is way down.
Also, as a pleasant side affect some of my scars and stretch marks have started to soften and be much less noticeable.

The IV therapy has been a tremendous help for my joints and overall hydration. The nurse who does mine (Natasha) was very gentle with the initial poke. She also made some helpful recommendations based on my specific needs so that was cool. A big change from some of the IVs I've had at other places.

Restore also offers blood tests for micronutrients and genetic markers. I got my results back, bought a few basic supplements of Amazon and was pretty blown away by just how good I felt after just a week or two. Supplementing for baseline nutrition has made a made a huge improvement in my daily life.

Recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel better for any reason. Tom and Kaci have been extremely helpful and welcoming every time I stop in. They always seem genuinely interested to know how I'm doing, and have a vested interest in keeping me healthy.

I’m so happy my son Omar Gonzalez recommend me for the cryotherapy and the red light therapy of course the compression therapy too.. Went in with my best friend my mom which is suffering from acute anxiety and depression myself with migraine. I honestly had a terrible migraine the day I went and came out feeling like a brand new person full of energy and happiness went shopping right away.. I honestly recommend the cryotherapy and the red light therapy they both help with my sleeping disorder.. Don’t wait any longer try it for yourself.. Staff is super amazing they explain so well and treat you like a queen..
