These people suck and aren’t honest. I took my Jeep here to get an oil change and they wrecked my vehicle. The oil filter cooler housing was dented due to a faulty oil filter (with a bent ridge) being forced into place. Which allowed only that oil filter to be able to be flush and not leak. Any other filter wouldn't fit because correct filters aren't bent. They did this to my vehicle and then didn’t even own up to it and it resulted in over $400 of fixes. Would not recommend them and would never go back.

I visited the goodyear location this morning, and April and her team were amazing! Super friendly, incredibly efficient and informative. She even showed me how to re-set the maintenance required mileage alert which other places struggled to figure out themselves. Wonderful experience, I will definitely be back!

Never going here again 1 and half hours just to get an oil change, and none of the employees had a sense of urgency just going all over the shop . 3 employees having a casual talk while the customer in front of has not been taken care of.

Mickey and Ana did an awesome job. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No high pressure but they covered everything I needed to know about my auto service. I’ll be back!

Great experience here always. Bria was terrific and her team is always courteous, efficient and they are always looking out for the small things (which I truly appreciate). They care about safety, and I just love going there because I know it'll be quick, easy, and never a hustle or hassle.

Bad management…..! No sense of urgency. I waited 45 minutes in line (2 cars in front of me). The vehicle in my bay, bay 3 didn’t budge the whole time. 45 minutes invested, with 2 in front, NO WAY! I left this place….! So did the person behind me. My main issue is that there was no sense of urgency. If they were busting themselves, it would be different. They’re just joking around in groups, as if they were the only shop around. They’re not!

Quick, easy, efficient! Workers were also kind i had my 2 year old with me who wanted nothing more than to talk the employees ear off n he did his best to say hello n talk with him while still proforming the job well!
