Went over there with my daughter that's 26 years old to see what options she has about getting a job she's deaf so they scheduled a interpreter for her two weeks away for her intake 2 weeks later we get there some lady come straight up to me and my daughter and starts talking to her I explained to she's got to talk to me because my daughter is not understanding what she's saying The lady at the One stop office said there's no more fundings that they probably can't help her plus she has to pass a English test basically the lady was pretty rude so we just left didn't have a good experience there. Felt pretty belittled.

I arrived at the Rio Nuevo Pima County One Stop 2:15 pm for job searching I was waited on immediately no problem when it came to asking for help with my job search I was told help would becoming I waited for 20 minutes no help at all I waited for15 minutes more still no help I don't know if staff members were ignoring me on purpose or being discriminatory because of my old age so I left the premises I won't be going back TO RIO NUEVO PIMA COUNTY ONE I GIVE PIMA COUNTY ONE STOP A -0 STARS Unprofessional customer service needs better communication skills when dealing with sensitivity job seekers

My kids did it when they were younger. Happen to be in the right place on Friday and my granddaughter is able to join them. We were told about what was going on Saturday and it was great. Lots of info and lots of stuff. Great job city of Tucson.

I got approved for funding and never received by email my paperwork I called spoke to a supervisor who said she was going to have case worker send to me and never happened, reported to BBB, if I was white I would have been in class already thanks one stop for holding a black single mother back. Unprofessional.
Bad business
I hate Tucson and how racist they are if your not Mexican or white do not go here
And I repeated my email to the old lady 7 time if you can get younger hearing workers I don't want to be around unorganized mess.
One stop only cares that they are getting paid.

My husband went in to try and get his tuition for his electrical apprenticeship Covered and was told that it would be covered 100% including books and tools. They called him the day tuition was due and told him that he wasn’t covered after all and that they couldn’t pay even a portion of it. How was that right to make somebody believe that they are going to get help until the very last moment and then rip that help away from them leaving them with no other options. Literally hours before tuition had to be paid. Horrible people who obviously don’t care about how they affect people’s lives. Shame on you for putting people in terrible situations like this!

I forgot to write about this great center 2 years ago, but I am writing today...
They helped me to find jobs and the staff was serious in doing their efforts helping jobs seekers and I really appreciate to them .
And now I am advising many people to visit this center .... Big thank to you .

The workers here are so caring with extremely big hearts. 💕 I was extremely touch with the way they treated my grandson. They are very helpful and want the youth to succeed !!
