Shelly Dunn was very un professional and rude over the phone, when reaching back to us.. don’t recommend if you want professionalism while doing business with them! Especially when they’re old enough to have manners! If you are gonna run a business and be a real-estate agent make sure they have basic customer service skills thank you 🙂

Veronica is a wonderful realtor who really cares about making the best match for her clients. We are new to Flagstaff and Veronica really listened to our needs and desires for a great house. She introduced us to several excellent homes and we found a wonderful vacation home in Country Club! She really listens and sought out the right home for us, which is very appreciated. I've had a few interactions with the VLS gang. This review is specific to Gabriele Gerlach and my family's purchases. Gabriele is great. I casually mentioned we were on the hunt for a house and laid out some parameters, price, condition, investment potential, family and business needs. She would contact me directly with leads on houses, but wasn't pushy at all. We looked at a number and she gave her perspective on them that seemed honest and well balanced. When we got tired of looking, we let her know and she let us drift. Of course that is when the home we ended up getting popped up. At a moment's notice, she was back on it with us. She was always timely in responses and getting out to see properties. I appreciate her willingness to communicate via text message. The purchase was a rocky one with a rather unconventional seller situation, and then many discoveries made during the inspection. We were ready to walk away from the deal, but she negotiated for and with us. She was calm and persistent in the heat of it. As exhausting as I'm sure we were, she never showed it. We're now happy to be in the middle of a renovation and very pleased Gabriele took the initiative from our first interactions and worked hard to see it through.
