My husband and I stayed with our dog this weekend- we cannot say enough great things about this place! The rooms are extremely clean and updated and have everything you could possibly need. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the location is perfect to check out all of the local spots. It felt like we were staying in our own private apartment for the weekend. We will without a doubt be returning.

This place was easy to find and in a perfect place to enjoy in town Pinetop Lakeside. The rooms have little kitchenettes, and the shower is super nice and big. A few items would move this place to 5 stars. The shower needs a shelf of some kind, and the bathroom needs a small trash can. We needed dish cloths for washing and drying dishes as the utensils on the counter had gathered a good layer of dust. However, the price was good, the scenery was refreshing, the room looked brand new, and you got a parking spot right outside your door. Would definitely stay there again.

Room far exceeded expectations based on the price point. It was:
- super spacious - sitting area, small dining table, plenty of room.
- very clean.
- functional - kitchenette had mugs, plates, cups, multiple-burner stove top, microwave, minifridge, etc.
- very updated. Decorated well, felt very high-end.
- super comfy and cozy - the bed was SO comfy (memory foam), everything about the room was inviting.
I only got to stay one night, but I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location right in Pinetop. Clean rooms with good kitchenette and right on the main road. Very quiet but still close to everything. Best overall value I’ve seen. Anita at the front desk was great too.

We have been coming to Timberlodge for 5 years any time we visit Pinetop/Lakeside which is 2-3 times per year. We have made it our tradition the weekend after Thanksgiving to come up, stay at Timberlodge and then cut our Christmas tree down. Timber has been with us the entire time and always makes our stay perfect. The Jacuzzi Suite (which is the same room we stay in every time we are there) was just updated and looks gorgeous!!! As much as we love the property we love Timber even more to the point that one of our dogs past away this last summer. When we told Timber in November she broke down into tears. When we came back up in March we gave her a small locket with Kira's ashes. She again teared up. We would not make Timberlodge our home if it weren't for her. Thanks Timber for all you do and we can't wait to see you the next time we are up in the white mountains.

This place is a hidden gem!!! The rooms exceeded my expectations. The bed was sooo comfortable. Each room has its own table and chairs outside. They have 2 grills you can use and fire pit area!!! It's was very quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is it!! You cannot beat the price either! We will definitely look for an excuse to come back!!!! (:

Timber Lodge was a fantastic place to stay! The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and exceptionally accommodating. The rooms are clean. The property is pretty and clean. The bed was super comfy! They’re pet friendly 🙂 we brought our pup! The property was quiet which was so nice! They didn’t charge a pet fee by the night, just a small one time fee which was great! We will be staying here every time we visit!

Arrived 10pm without a reservation. Anita welcomed me, suggested the Jacuzzi Suite and walked me to my room. I was expecting quaint, rustic and dated--I was wrong. Rooms are gorgeous and large, with fridge, microwave, coffee maker/coffee, great wifi and water pressure. The jacuzzi is huge and was a welcome end to a long day on the road.||Anita is a warm, welcoming host and pointed me in the direction of great coffee, a car wash, and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.||I decided to stay a second day, which necessitated a room change. Anita moved me to the room next door (a double), so that was quite easy.||Great location with lots to see and do in the area.||Thanks Anita, it was great meeting you!
