The Views used to be an amazing place. They had thee best staff ever. But it changed hands and has gone rapidly downhill. The residents there deserve consistency in their lives & they pay good money to live there. Hopefully home office does something before it's too late. Steve was an amazing boss, and the Views was better off with him there. That is what a real boss looks like!!!

I have just renewed my lease for a 2nd year. What a wonderful place to live! I feel I made a great decision in moving here! I’m involved in many activities and the entire staff in all departments are awesome! Restaurant style eating where you order off the menu. Good food! Absolutely everything is covered! Fun, friendly and happy environment! Come see for yourself!

The staff is so AMAZING. They all truly care about the residents, they are the ones that make the difference. You see smiles on the faces of both staff and residents and hear laughter. Everything is kept clean, neat, tidy and safe. Food in the restaurant is good also. The menu gets changed up frequently so never boring. They have different sizes of apartments at various prices to meet your needs. If looking for 55+ living, go visit them or call and set up an appointment for a full tour. You won't be disappointed!

I want to compliment the entire staff at the Views, from the Director, down to every employee. Everyone is cordial, professional, and conscientious in every task they perform. I have lived here about 2 and 1/2 years and can't think of a complaint during that time.
It is a pleasure living in this peaceful environment. I consider the rental price to be a bargain. The meals are delicious and satisfying. There are no disturbing noises at any time, day or night. I feel safe at knowing that someone is on duty 24 hours each day protecting residents and the facility. Housekeeping is so good that I never have to personally do any task. The kitchen staff and servers work toward satisfying the residents and always inquire to ask if everything is OK. They approach every task with a smile and pleasant disposition.

I am fortunate to live in The Views at Lake Havasu City.

Just took a tour. The entire facility is gorgeous. There are efficiencies to 1200+ square feet. Pool and views are super plus game rooms and exercise gym. My wife and I really enjoyed the restaurant. Everything we tried was better than many Michelin rated restaurants. The chefs and waiters are first class.

The Views is a gorgeous independent living facility. The restaurant is delicious and the staff, super friendly.
