Los apartamentos son simplemente perfectos para nosotros. Disponen de un espacio bien distribuido y cómodo, lo que nos permite disfrutar de un ambiente acogedor y funcional. La amplitud de las habitaciones es realmente sorprendente y nos permite acomodar todos nuestros muebles y pertenencias sin sentirnos apretados.

Además de la comodidad interior, el lugar cuenta con unas áreas comunes excelentes. Los espacios recreativos y de esparcimiento son ideales para relajarse y compartir momentos con amigos y vecinos.

En resumen, estamos encantados con nuestro nuevo hogar. Es un lugar que nos brinda tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad, todo gracias al esfuerzo y dedicación de los trabajadores y a la excelente calidad de los apartamentos. Recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquiera que esté buscando un espacio acogedor para establecerse y disfrutar de una vida placentera."

I wanted to share my experience as it definitely stood out to me, I’ve been shopping around for a little while now and I came in to check out this complex. I met with Shianne who was exceptional help! She answered all of my questions and was very informative and really gave me her time and attention. This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in and not just because of the apartment and its amenities, but also because of the staff. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. This is the only management team of an apartment that makes sure that they can do everything in their ability to ensure that residents want to renew their leases. I have never been awarded for good standing, for paying everything on time by an apartment management team. When it came to renewal, they asked what would make me stay and also gave me a really good deal.
I love the communication from the team. The apartment has added security and I can see them making their rounds to keep the complex safe. The amenities are wonderful and everything is kept squeaky clean.
Overall, Sanctuary on 51st is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and value for money.

As a potential new resident, I came to tour this community with my roommate and we were greeted so kindly by Shianne! She answered every question, was truly interested in learning about our wants and needs, and even asked about our personal lives too. Never had a leasing person do that before! She was so energetic and such a positive light in the oh-so stressful apartment hunting process - I’m sure we all can relate to that! Although we haven’t made our decision yet, I felt it was needed to share the amazing experience we had in our tour and prompt email replies too! Thanks Shianne! You deserve recognition! Brittany is the best! I am in the market for a complex to move in soon, so I wanted to check this one out. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a great smile and energy from Brittany! She was able to show me around the property and answer any and every question that I threw at her. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel like I wanted to apart of this community!!

Sanctuary on 51st Apartments are coming along pretty well. I have lived at property over a year and I have to say they are a decent property. They have your normal qorks that this imperfect world displays but even with that they are holding this property to a decent standard!
The office staff is always attentive, available and helpful! (Even welcoming to suggestions)
Brittany is AMAZING! She is always willing to assist and if she doesn’t have the answer she finds it! She is knowledgeable and always follows up if a VM is left! No matter what may be going in prior she always has been polite, respectful and have a smile.
Maintenance is surprisingly prompt and gets work orders done very quickly! As I have lived at another apartment and the contrast is a huge difference far as their service and willingness to complete orders that I’ve done.

I came in for a tour recently and was greeted by Shianne in the front, during the whole tour she was attentive to my concerns as a first time renter and made me feel more comfortable with the move in process. She was so sweet and so kind, it really made me feel at home. I am definitely considering this my new home after my overall experience!
