My go to place for Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy bed!!!!!! Wow! After these treatments I feel like a million bucks. I actually just had knee surgery recently and these therapies are helping my healing immensely. I can physically feel the inflammation go down. Can’t wait to try the hyperbaric oxygen chamber next. Met with Jon and Alissa and they are the kindest people!!! Wellness is important to me and Renoja really has the best equipment on the market for healing and recovery. I loved the cryo therapy, and red light therapy beds. Studio is clean and private. Loved my visit and will be back!! Totally recommend for anyone seeking healing and wellness.

The cryo therapy was AMAZING. The rush and energy you feel after is amazing. Easier to get into than a cold plunge.
The red light bed after that was the best.
Getting red light therapy on your entire body is brilliant ! I loved my time there can’t wait to go back. Staff is kind and welcoming too.

Sometimes you need a place where you can just be still and this wellness center really helped me do that. I really enjoyed the the dry float spa because it brought me into such a place of calm and peace. Also I love cold plunging and the cryotherapy cold plunge was so great! I definitely noticed a difference with my inflammation after doing it. I will be going back for sure 👍 the staff and everyone there was super sweet and helpful too!

I just had my first Renoja experience. I did the salt room, compression, and halo. Everything was so relaxing! This wellness center has so much to offer; cryogenic therapy, red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen. This is definitely going to be my #1 go to for me time!

Wow! What an experience paired with the most welcoming staff and environment. A facility with these offerings could very easily run sterile and cold, but my husband and I legitimately left feeling like we just had a date with a host of physical health benefits. Cute esthetic? Very. Pricing? Thoughtful and affordable. Modalities? Top of the line. I enjoyed the red light bed and sauna chamber after battling a cold and my husband loved the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and cryotherapy. We will definitely be back to try more!
