If you’re going through Quartzsite, don’t resort to this and get stuck with hidden fees.
Cost $ 36.34 as PA members, $57.84 for non-members including the hidden fees not posted on website, not listed in their policies, nor disclosed during reservation phone call

Campground: A resort only in name, this campground was a gravel parking lot with a nice club house.

Campsite # 1
Campsite Level: yes, mostly level. We did use leveling blocks on one side.
Campsite Type: gravel, pull through with small cement patio.
Full / Partial hookup: 50 & 30 #thifty with full hook ups
Picnic table at our site: no
Grill: no
Fire Ring: no
Wifi: none provided to us
Propane fill: no
Dump station: no
Amenities:
Bathrooms: yes
Showers: yes, one
Dumpster easily located: yes
Laundry: number of units 2 washers and 2 dryers and $1.75 wash and $1.75 dry
Pool: no
Playground: no
Other facilities: Clubhouse had pool table, darts, and table shuffleboard with tv watching area. The club house was newly decorated and clean. Community fire pit.
Dog friendly: They allow dogs, but charged us $5/dog/night and didn’t disclose that to us when making the reservation. Gravel everywhere with no designated dog area and no pickup stations makes you ask the question, what are we paying a fee for. Not very dog friendly.
Location and size of area: none
Pick up bags and trash can stations: none
Camp store:
None.

Camp staff interactions:
Interaction making the reservation over the phone was pleasant; however, the park did not disclose fees that were charged to my account including dog fees and transaction fees. The office was closed on arrival (even though the sign said open). There was no check in package, no information left as to how to access the wifi, and no phone call. We didn’t see or interact with any camp staff during our visit.

Additional info:
The biggest frustration we had was with the hidden fees. Their website clearly stated the nightly price and the fact they offer 50% discount for Passport America members. I guess they add on the fees to offset the cost since the fees aren’t discounted. But between the hidden dog fees and transaction fees, our nightly rate was increased by 50%.

There is a truck stop close by with truck parking right across the street from this location. We saw many trucks pulling in for overnight parking and heard the sound of their trucks running all through night from inside our RV. It made us wonder why we were paying to sleep in a gravel parking lot with hidden fees when there was one across the street for free.

EDIT: After contacting the office multiple times, $12 undisclosed fees were refunded at my request

Leaving this at two stars as I was able to stay at least about 12-15 hours after an emergency of breaking down at the Arco/Pilot Fuel station.
I was in a pinch with my truck breaking down. I had to call a tow truck to pull my truck to a shop, and find a way to move the RV to a safer spot.
As luck would have it, my prayers were answered as Quartzite had and RV park literally across the road about 200 yards from where I unfortunately broke down.
I called the first moment I knew I may be stuck for two days waiting for help to come.
Only by text would I be able to reserve a spot at the park.
I text and explained my situation, and was answered back immediately to reserve and take payment. I procured spot #2. However, I still had a challenge of getting the RV moved over.
I walked miles around the RV parks, and asked for help that wouldn't come until the next day. Grateful for the help, I paid a gentleman to move me over... During that time, I was at the RV park for minimal time, and thought the owner would be kind enough to return at least one night's fees, as I had not been there for only approximately 12 hours. I text immediately when I was set up after being helped. No answer as there was so quickly the day before to debit money from my account, not a word.
The following day was Tuesday, and I received a message that due to the last minute request to reserve a spot, there would be no refund...
This RV location was half full when I arrived, I shared the same pictures I have in this post, but human kindness only stretched as far as taking my money, and making a selfish decision to not help a stranger in need, but to line their pockets instead during an emergency situation...
They also have a gentleman that stays on property, and is retired from the Air Force.
He greets people as if he's in charge, and talks to people rudely and as if being a retired veteran makes him entitled to be unkind, rude, and aggressive.
Even in an emergency situation, knowing what I know now, I will be sure to share how I was treated, assaulted, and taken advantage of, in a desperate situation, where human kindness, and care could have spoken loudly and greatly.
Instead, this facility isn't worth the money required to pay you to stay 12 hours, let alone any amount of time.
The Arco/Pilot station was far more accommodating when they could have acted differently. Every staff member there was kind, courteous, and helpful during this moment.

New "resort fee" to cover use of Solar electric. (Park is solar powered).
My RV's under-storage was broken into and locks damaged.
During summer months, Park is inhabited by poor people who boondock in winter.
Clubhouse was sprayed for bugs and spent 2 weeks with bugs lining floors along all walls. No cleaning is done during summer.
NOT worth the cost!!! Elevated price is used to line owners' pockets, not upgrade care of facility or guest comfort. It is all 'smoke and mirrors' for a facility/park that was immaculate 5 years ago.
Fine print states that park is not responsible for guests or guest's property. Very irresponsible toward guests who pay to have a safe vacation spot.

Town of Quartzsite is judgemental toward outsiders. They only like the money brought in by outsiders. Quartzsite's Streets are lined with trash during summer.

Booked on line about 5:00 am. Drove 7 hours to rv resort. Arrived at 12:30. Checkin is 12 :00. Office was closed and a lock was on the electrical box on my site. Called the listed number and they said they would have someone come by. Waited over an hour in 105 degree weather and called again. They said to check lockbox on office door for key to electrical panel. It worked. I asked why they did not tell me about the key on the first call. They said "sorry".

The lots are very close together and there's no trees. The lot across the street is barren so sand blows over. There's a truck stop across the road and the trucks are rather loud. There's honestly no management and guests help each other out. There's locks on electric boxes so look for a neighbor to get the code to get into the building to get the key. There's a laundry room but no way to get quarters to use them. The lots are full hook up and the shower room is decently clean. I don't think many people use it tho as the same trash is in there for 2 weeks now. It's reasonably priced.

Calling this a resort is a pipedream. No one available for check-in at 3 in the afternoon. Only an email of instructions. Couldn't access the building, code didn't work. But no shade, trees, or green, made it a good overnight stopping place.
