I just moved out of one of the properties and they took my deposit and now say I owe more money. I have pics of before and after .I can't believe they did that! They took my cleaning deposit and then charged extra labor and fees for cleaning after I paid to have someone clean it. I'm gonna make a civil claim. The customer service was horrible, but the maintenance guy was helpful when he was notified about stuff. I called to get stuff fixed, no return calls, months go by with no help. And then I would have to just "deal" with things, like no fireplace in the winter because the untempered glass broke. I called multiple times and no responses or fixing it. It's sad they take advantage of people and their hard earned money. It's not right!

Really disappointed! After a good friend moved out she hired someone to clean, my grandson went over and took about 3 hours to clean last min stuff, clean yard etc, mngmnt was there let him finish leading him to believe the deposit would be returned, , it looked good, but in the end my friend lost her entire deposit and they are charging her.. seriously disappointed, I rent my property out to another company, which is very reputable, I wouldn’t deal with this company personably. I don’t usually do reviews but a rental deposit is sometimes depended on and I don’t feel she was treated fairly.

Good so far. We rented a 4 /2 in August 2017. We like the property and have had a good line of communication with the management company so far. I will say that it is important to do a walk through before you move into any rental property. Flush the toilets multiple times, run all the sinks and garbage disposals (and check for leaks), run the garage door a bunch and make sure the safety sensors work and there is Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors. We have found if you point out these little things you would like corrected BEFORE you move in it sets a level of expectation and usually most of the minor maintenance issues will be addressed before you even take occupancy. However we had a toilet abruptly start leaking badly and they had a very nice maintenance man here within 2 hours! He couldn't fix the issue right away due to a stuck main shutoff valve (at the street) but the issue was fixed the next day.

One of my family members moved out. I went over there and cleaned up the yard. They were supposed to get there deposit on the house back and now they said that the house wasn’t clean and the outside wasn’t cleaned. But I cleverly saw the house and the outside and it was all clean. They shouldn’t have done and now they are charging my family member for them doin all the work when we already did all of it. They can not be trusted !!!!!!!!

I want to commend you for outstanding service! In our rental, the water heater was dying of old age, the aged boards on the deck were breaking, and within ONE business day the repairmen came to the house to get everything done. Water heater replaced. Boards sawed and put in the holes in the deck. I didn't expect anything to happen fast, because I know there is a process of coordinating with the owner. But WOW. Very happy. Thank you PPM!

We were displaced from our apartment with a day and a half notice and told it would be 1 week to maybe 10 days for building repairs. It's now been 2-1/2 weeks and it's nowhere complete. Haven't heard any updates from this property management in almost a week, and can't reach them by phone now for two days! We stopped by our apartment and told the construction guys about a leak inside the interior of the outer wall (which we had notified the property manager well over a month ago) he obviously ignored us because the construction crew working on foundation pipe leaks knew nothing about that leak. So the tore down the outside stucco, sure enough a leak ( like we said ) and discovered black mold in the walls on the interior of the stucco, drywall, and insulation. Still no one has contacted us from property management of this discovery! We were there, saw it with our own eyes. Just waiting to see if they inform us of this. Never want to live anywhere managed by them ever again.

Don’t expect your deposit back. Left the place immaculate and even better then move in and that still wasn’t good enough. Took pictures even and they are still keeping my deposit.
