This has become the place my friend & I meet up at once in a while & we both have come to really enjoy it. Although we're slowly working our way through the menu items, we've yet to have a bad plate experience. We try to be there at the least busiest time on Sunday as we do tend to talk for hours.
I had the chilaquiles with the creamy sauce & it was so delicious, I ate every bite of it. I also ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes to go, but I had to try a little bit & they were also really good! The flight of mimosas was to celebrate my friend & they were very refreshing!
I really do recommend this restaurant, but keep in mind that there may be a wait for a table.

Over all it was good. My food was kind of cold but eatable. Flavors were good on my chorizo Benedict I just wasn’t a fan of the cilantro lime sauce. French toast was a bit overcooked but good flavor.

This place is okay. It isn't bad it isn't great. It is inconsistent every time I go. This time my bacon was under cooked and stuck together. The pieces touching weren't really cooked at all. I ordered a mango fresca and it tasted like dirty dish water. The biscuits are really good. The potatoes O'Brian are always under cooked even when you ask for extra crispy. I do like the biscuits and gravy. It isn't too heavy and has good flavor. I have ordered that meal twice and for some reason they serve them on these rectangle plates that every time you try to cut into something the plate just spins on the table. Kind of annoying to eat with. The atmosphere is great and the staff is always friendly and happy.

Staff was very friendly. Greeted immediately. Allysa was my server and was upbeat and quick. I ordered the Hatch 505 Eggs Benedict and it was very good. Just a little heat. The pork was delicious and the hashbrowns crispy. No need for the hollandaise sauce. The eggs were overcooked but Allysa quickly had the kitchen prepare more and they came out perfect. Portion size was good. A little on the pricey side, but there are some lower priced options. Restaurant was clean and the open patio gave a nice breeze.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Over Easy for breakfast, and let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! I ordered the breakfast burrito, and WOW—it was bursting with flavor. The soft tortilla was perfectly smothered in a rich and zesty green chili sauce, topped with fresh pico de gallo and a sprinkle of melty cheese that tied all the flavors together. Each bite was pure bliss, with a balance of textures and a savory punch that left me completely satisfied.

But what really stood out—and the reason I’ll absolutely be coming back—is the impeccable service. Alyssa, our server, was an absolute gem! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. From her warm smile to her excellent recommendations, she made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The rest of the staff were equally courteous, creating such a positive and inviting atmosphere.

Over Easy, you’ve earned a loyal customer. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food and even better service, this is it! Huge thanks to Alyssa for going above and beyond—you’re a star!

Our server Nikki was the best - attention to detail, filling our water up and informative about the menu. The food was yummy - my friend and I both had to get boxes to take home as couldn’t eat it all. Everything was freshly made and the ricotta pancakes were to die for! Sooo good! The chicken and waffles were soft, succulent and tasty, so a good choice too.
The menu is varied with a lot of choice and a bit more pricy than other local breakfast places, but you can make smaller portions to ease cost and portion.
The ONE complaint we had was how much heat inside while we were there in the morning. They had the front area large window open as an outside bar area on the other side meant it was kept open all the time - big mistake!
The heat that came in cancelled out the air conditioning which sadly was hardly blowing for the size of the site. We asked for the air con to be turned up to find this out that it had small vents and was cranked to the top - the running costs alone will be high for a business but it was uncomfortable to sit in, while heat from outside was just flowing in - the owners need to address this as we haven’t hit high temps yet and it’s not great for sitting in.

The chicken fried steak here was perfect. A little weird that they put the eggs on top but still great tasting. I had the country potatoes and it was delicious.
