The surgery went well. Upon having an appointment with Dr. Tilgner, he got angry at me for relaying information that the physical therapist had requested. I would think that the both of them would work together to get me healed much faster. I left the office very frustrated.

Dr Tilgner was abrupt and not compassionate. I had hip bursa Injections and he injected into my hip joint!! This was for the patient following me!!
I came back for another matter and my appointment was not found.
I had hand surgery and was given a follow up appointment for removal of stitches. I called to verify the appointment and was told that I had missed it that AM.
Unprofessional and just plain scary.

Making an appointment was easy, friendly staff the receptionist Alyssa or Alicia (sorry dont remember) but she was nice to me over the phone and when I arrived. She broke down how much itll be without insurance, very informative. The doctor and the woman who did my xrays was also awesome they treat you so well they show that they care. I would highly recommend coming here. Office was a bit hard to find but I found it. Its first floor second door to your left.

This office has no problems at all doing surgery. However, the pre and post operative care is absolutely unprofessional in every way. Summer does a good job running the office like a pre-madonna, while ignoring calls that are left to both emergency after hour numbers. They simply don't return calls. The care here is less than 1 star. There is no empathy, invovement, engagement in the FACT that I contracted a staph infection soon after surgery. I was told to go to urgent care by Summer. Complete joke!

My last appointment went something like this. "You get worse after surgery. You never go back to 100%. So....if you're still in pain, go back to Phoenix and have that other Dr. take another look!"

But...you did the surgery!?

Allison is a wonderful kind caring front office, person, I have observed her interfacing with other Patients while I was waiting for my appointment, she was respectful, confidential, and treated each patient with dignity and care. As a retire person myself who has spent my entire working life in the medical profession on three continents, Allison is up there with the best front person I have ever encountered... If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Twice they screwed me over, the first time they were supposed to call and schedule me for an appointment, never heard a peep out of them. Today I was supposed to go get an X-ray and then an appointment with Tilgner, and nobody sent any information to the hospital, therefore they wouldn't X-ray my knee. I am starting to get the impression that these people are like a backyard abortion clinic. So if you find your Doctor trying to refer you to them, get a second opinion.

For the last 8 years I have had a lump on my hip and it has been very painful. I went to more than 5 doctors in Orange, CA, 3 doctors in Sacramento, CA and Dr. Tilgner in LHC, AZ. NONE of the doctors in CA were able to help me or tell me what it was. I saw Dr. Tilgner 2 times and he was able to give me an injection and I am able to move more freely and sleep without pain in my side. I highly recommend Dr. Tilgner's practice! Scheduling is always a breeze with the ladies in the front, they always plan ahead for me.
