The incompetence of the low level employees who work here is bewildering. My favorite thing is how they love to talk over you and interrupt you which is an aggravating behavior, and then when you express that agitation they refuse to give you a supervisor and block your number so you can’t call back. Realistically this is just petty and disgusting behavior from a court. The employees should be reprimanded but unfortunately they did not give me their names so I’m unable to complain about them directly. A touch later, a supervisor named Brittney reached out to me. In a matter of minutes she was able to offer me a realistic resolution to my issue which I am extremely grateful for. The supervisor at this location took care of my issue with impeccable customer service and a professional well mannered way of communicating. The same can not be said for level 1 assistance. I wish them all the best

I was trying to locate information on a misplaced traffic ticket. I knew where I got it but not the department that issued it. Turns out it was not the Oro Valley court that issued the ticket, but the woman who helped me over the phone still took the time to look up my information and find the court that did issue the ticket and provided me with the contact info for the correct court, saving me tons of time and headache! Very courteous and professional service, thanks!!!

I went here as a defendant against a civil traffic violation. The citing officer, judge, bailiff, and clerks were all professional and pleasant. I was treated fairly, my case was heard and discussed reasonably, and the judgment was just.

Please Note: This is NOT a criticism of any of the Nice People that work at this Little Town's Magistrate Court Place....They all we're doing their best to remain Pleasant--
(As Long as You behave pleasantly, while in their House-- I'm sure it could've gotten Ugly if I had to come up in Their Li'L Court House --with an Attitude!)

All of by the Niceties being Said Above --
I Sure hope you NEVER have a Reason
to Have to go HERE -- !
Watch Out -- They will pursue Warrants From Oro Valley-- in Tucson--and Any Other City that You may reside in or Visit--
Even if Those Charges are Completely Bogus.
Seriously-- A warrant For the Smallest of infractions-- up to,
And including -- Failures to wear a Seatbelt...and Especially Failures to Appear!

Since our Justice System is so Very, VERY
Broken and full of Too much Jot & Tiddle these Days-- Clearly--
Only working for the Wealthy and those who can afford the BEST of Lawyers ---
And Since I will most likely always be Financially Supporting my Wife, 11 Children and 7 Grandchildren (and More on the Way--God Willing!) -- Supporting Myself, Wife,I Artfest Productions and Giant Family --in some fashion and at some LEVEL ==

Because the $58, 000 (and Growing!)= Student Loan Balance Remaining--
(After Already having Paid Back over $30,000 dollars over the Last 30 years)--
Because of These Things and MORE Muse-iX Magix being the Shared Dream --
I will probably be In Debt until I depart from this Plane of Existence.
