This is a beautiful facility and the staff are kind and helpful, but I had a terrible experience there as a first-timer for drop-in pickleball. I could have used a friendly orientation from other players since I didn't know anything about the sign-up system or which courts were for which levels of players. But other players' tone toward me was unwelcoming, insensitive, and even condescending. Really unfortunate for a community-oriented place that is supposed to be about social play and positive opportunities for recreation.

Came for the driving range. Although hitting off the mats can give a false sense of ability, it was fine, and the mats are in good shape. There is real grass, but none of it was available for some reason. Unlimited balls for $20. The one thing I didn't like was the severe drop (30 or 40 feet?) at the end of the hitting area. So you really can't tell where your wedges are landing. Also, the balls are getting a little long in the tooth and need to be replaced. Still can reommend.

This center is worth the monthly fees, but I recommend purchasing a monthly membership to try out the facility before committing to longer membership terms. Facilities are a little dated, and sauna in the women's locker room has been out for quite some time with no foreseeable date for going back into service. Pickleball and tennis courts are nice; well maintained and adequate entrances and exits to avoid crossing courts. Classes are a little ho hum and sparse. Workout space lacks windows. Cardio machines mostly face a wall, which is ok, but the lack of natural light is a little disappointing. BEWARE of the "free" assessment being offered by the trainers. It is a waste of time. I signed up hoping to get an introduction to the gym. The trainer promised a 30-minute free assessment when we spoke by phone. When I met the trainer, I spent 10 minutes answering questions and was then told I had to pay to continue with the assessment at $80 per hour. Additionally, the trainer I met with had 3 years experience, no sports degrees mentioned, and stated he had a high school sports background. Because of the bait and switch and the trainers' lack of qualifications, I will be using personal trainers at another gym.

The Facility itself is decent, but unfortunately the unprofessional management is what made me dislike this gym. I had heard it from other members on how the manager is very disrespectful and comes off rude. I experienced this first hand when she accused me of using another persons membership tag, she did not realize I had a couples membership and my fiancé name would pop up as well. As I regarded my complaint to her and Matthew Jankowski the Deputy director, since he was present as well, they both did not seem to care for my complaint. That just shows a very unprofessional environment where it seems the members are not cared for as they should. There needs to be better staff training and accountability for the unprofessionalism this facility has.

Couldn't find the rec center for several minutes. I looked for parking and missed the sign. Then parked and there was only one sign visible. It wasn't the rec center but the restaurant and pro shop even though the sign in the front stated it was the rec center. Finally got inside and the smaller classrooms were poorly marked as well. Missed the class despite having 15 minutes to spare when I arrived.

Nice facility. Regarding pickleball- during open play in the morning it was my understanding that the upper courts are for the beginning player. Unfortunately I discovered that the advanced players migrate to the upper courts so it leaves the beginning without a place to play. There is no enforcement of the court schedule. Too bad, not sure if I will keep the membership.

Nice service. Staff is very friendly and one of them also showed me some tricks for golfing. Price is very reasonable. The only issue I found was parking but I should also mention that I went there on remembrance day and they had some tournament on that day. They also have a restaurant and nice pool table in looker room!
