Went here specifically to see Trish haver by referral from a friend who spoke highly of her. After meeting with her and scheduling a second appointment was fired because I’m told her supervisor thought that old issues were bigger than the current issues of being in an active state of constant and pervasive trauma? Really felt to me that they just don’t want to help people who are challenging and may have self studied their own issues. Someone who wouldn’t just buy into all their surface level how does that make you feel garbage. I’m over therapists at this point none of them will do anything to help you including these people! Save your time and hard earned money read a book and honestly self reflect. These people are not smarter than anyone else and if you are truly committed to overcoming your difficulties you can. Just be honest with yourself! Super disappointed with my experience here not to mention I was very clear well in advance that I didn’t have time or money to waste so they did just that waste both my time and money! Coaching is the way to go for sure!

The new hope is very lack of information for client. There is honestly poor actions from staff from experience keeping track there is very high judgement and Descrimination straight from action of there staff very bad attitude from there actions

One of the worst wellness centers in prescott, these people are corrupt. they don't care about there clients or there sobriety, all they want is your money.. and there classes are a joke, there teachers have no clue what there talking about and they all act like there better than you and treat you like ur a loser addict. Don't ever come here!! Don't know how this place is still in business.. there's so many good people that come here, it just hurts to see them being taken advantage of by this horrible place.
