Terrible customer service, Been trying to pay back tax on a piece of land for over a year on and off. A whole $148.00. Finally got someone to answer the phone after countless tries but they can't take the payment, it has to be a cashiers check or cash... I live 5 hours from their office. They won't take a bill pay check from Chase bank has to be an old school cashiers check. It's obvious why the whole county is a ghost town. Try updating your systems to encourage people to make payments not deter them. Seems like the only thing you have down is to waste peoples time, you should be embarrassed.

The nerve of some people is mind blowing. Sitting on my couch eating breakfast and I look up to see someone walking through my gate, no clue who this is. I get up and go outside to comfort her and I get attitude when someone is on my property unannounced. Please tell me in what world you do you think this is okay for a state employee to do this. Why she got attitude with me is mind blowing. What do you expect when you walk into a property that no one has a clue who you are. It never crossed her mind to take a step back and probably think, sir I’m sorry, so on and so forth. Instead I get attitude. She’s luck I have nice dogs as well. That lady needs a serious attitude adjustment but I know it won’t happen. I even called and spoke with her supervisor Chris and I know nothing is gonna happen. That lady is gonna learn a lesson. You can tell that’s who she is as a person. Good job Navajo County.

I don't understand the bad reviews I have had my property since 1999 and I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. I have called at least three time this year for clarification and help with my senior freeze and EVERY ONE I spoke to was helpful and VERY SWEET. Well maintained and clean facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had questions about property taxes and the lady I met with was one of the most helpful and thoroughly informative Government employees I've ever dealt with. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of possibilities I didn't know to ask about. As a entrepreneur that has owned businesses in 3 other Counties in Az, I am thrilled to be in Navajo now.

Paid my 74 yr old mothers property taxes on 7/1/2019 for her because she thought she had already paid them back in April 2019. I received a call from a RUDE lady and she said there was another $6.52 due and she said I could pay $14.79 again by doing it online and when I asked her what the $6.52 was for she got even ruder! Look lady, I was just trying to help my mom out and pay her taxes. If you can't be nice, get out of the customer service business!!

This GOVERNMENT AGENCY can not answer the phone. 6 calls so far its ridiculous. Any business run like this would not exist for very long..

I have called here for days and no one has answered. Does anyone actually work there? Trying to find out my prop taxes on line is impossible. They should talk to Pima County. Their system was a snap.

What happened. I use to be able to talk to a person! An email would be better than nothing. I live out of town so cannot drop in.
