I absolutely LOVE living at Mera Goodyear! The minute I walked into the front door I knew this was going to be my forever home! The staff here are AMAZING. Extremely helpful, friendly, assessable. All areas are kept incredibly clean thanks to Wendy and our work orders are always addressed and corrected immediately thanks to Dave & Patrick. I have met so many friends here that have become family. It is a wonderful experience here and I don’t EVER want to go anywhere else. I am extremely HAPPY here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gabriela at Mera Goodyear. From our very first interaction, it was clear that she genuinely cared about the residents and their families. Finding the right home for a loved one—especially in a senior community—can be overwhelming, but we're so glad we found Mera Goodyear.

My mother truly thrived and enjoyed living here. The managing staff is very attentive, and the residents are all so kind.

Highly recommend Mera Goodyear for anyone looking for a senior community.

I moved here in July of this year. Great place to call home. Lots of activities to keep you busy, and a great way to meet new friends. The office staff is friendly and helpful. My dog loves the large dog park.

Mera is home because of the many connections I've made in the 17 months I've been here.
I moved here sight unseen but with the help of Kelly, Leasing Specialist, and my local friend, I felt confident Mera Goodyear was the place I need to be.
I don't regret moving here. This community is not perfect but it has made the transition of relocating from Colorado to Arizona less painful.
There's room for improvement but that's with any community.

The present management staff here are doing a great job . Any issues I have had since they arrived have been taken care of in a speedy and positive way ! Hopefully this will continue and was sorely needed .

Going on third year and we have had 7 managers. Going to the office is NOT a pleasant experience, as we are forced to deal with an Assistant Manager, #4, who has no clue what's going on! Being overcharged month after month and complaining constantly doesn't do any good due to the huge turn over in employees and lack of knowledge within! This place will "nickel and dime" you to death, charging $60 for covered parking, which should be included, $175 for a tiny garage space, $60 for a tiny storage locker, and then they increase our rent 10% per year!!! I am paying $2300 for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment after all added charges are calculated in! This is disgusting after reviewing rents in my area that are $1400/mo for an apartment larger then my apartment here! They try to portray a very nice social environment, however it is the complete opposite! They must have blown their budget because chex mix at events is not cutting it! They claim alcohol cannot be served anymore due to Goodyear laws....TOTAL LIE!, as the assisted living place down the road regularly serves their residents wine every evening and the average age there is 80! This place is a JOKE!

Mera Goodyear is a brand new community. Not much to look at from the outside but the inside is spectacular! If you want to be where there is a sense of community but you don’t want the “assisted living” feel, this is the place. The opportunities to come together as a community are plentiful. There are yoga classes in the wellness center, community meals in the bistro, media center to watch movies or sports with others, library, game room and so much more. The residents vary in age from 50 to 90. You have full time workers, semi-retired & fully retired.

Lived at Mera Goodyear for the past two years.. Many residents received a 3% rent increase. We just received an increase of 10%. Know one can tell us why such a large increase. We are seniors that actually pay our rent on time. Management cannot give us a reason WHY? Seniors living on a fixed income get a 10% increase is unacceptable. The fact that we can't get an answer WHY the large increase is not good .
Mera is owned by private investors who might not care.
