Don't go here,especially if you have an HMO insurance. This practice only worries about kick backs from other doctors instead of the health of the patient. The girl Noel is nasty and rude and seems to run the office. She wouldn't give me a referral for a doctor even though he's in my network,and was approved before my doctor E's office.When I questioned her about it she told me to change my doctor. I told her to have Doctor E call me but haven't heard from her yet. I started making official complaints against this office because my insurance company said they are wrong and I should report them. Humana said they will also file an investigation,because they were wrong to treat me like this.
UPDATE: Jan,2025. I never received a call from Dr E.With all these bad reviews you would think Max Health would do something about this office. It is giving them a bad name. I also noticed Max Health gives the same answer to every bad review,but nothing is done to improve it

I have been seeing Beverly Encarnacion for around 4 years .
She is very unprofessional she is very rude, very judgemental, doesn't show any form of respect or decency and in my opinion a hypocrite. She doesn't listen to your concerns she is only concerned with her personal opinion and not that of a professional nature . I would strongly recommend you read her reviews i have personally been in her office on numerous occasions hearing her yelling and being disrespectful to her patients as well as myself .She tells you to take medication without properly explaining either she doesn't have knowledge of or doesn't care because it's you and not her. She doesn't refill prescriptions in a timely manner i went a day and a half without blood pressure medication after asking for refilldays prior .How Max health can overlook the views of so many complaints should make them just as liable .I would strongly recommend NOT seeing this doctor your health will depend on it. She provides a disservice to the public...

I have been going to Dr Encarncion’s office For years and I never like seeing her and I was reminded today why. I usually see her nurse practitioners who I have loved Miss Tina Mr. Scott, Chelsea, but they’ve all left probably because she was rude to them too. She knows nothing about menopause. She knows nothing about hormones. She knows nothing about medications and she’s so rude. She’s only in it money. She’s not in it to help her patients. Do not go to her.!! And girls in the office don’t even respond to this because you know she’s rude! And yes, I’ll be switching doctors. It’s just so hard to find doctors around here, but I’ve had enough.

I was a patient of Dr. Encarnacion for many years and because of health insurance I had to go elsewhere. When I went on Medicare, I was pleased to be able to get back with this practice. It was a huge mistake. I broke my arm 21 days ago. They insisted I get back in my car after getting home from the ER and go to their office, in spite of the pain and confusion I was going through. They received at least six requests from two different offices for a splint to keep my arm immobile over the last 20 days and did not do the approval. So now, here I am three weeks into a broken arm that has not been correctly splintered and as I sit here waiting for their call back writing this review, they are still not responding.

Love the girls in the office.,but dr encarnation is very rude yelled at me because I took my husband to the e.r on a Sunday after seeing her on a Friday and condition was getting worse he was in the hospital for seven days on antibiotics when we saw her after discharge she started yelling at us we should have called the office first (I didn’t know this was an advantage care I can go anywhere i wish) she was putting her arms up stating maybe you should go to another dr we have been with her many years but not no more. When we left the room she again was yelling at another patient if you don’t like it leave and see another dr, I know all the girls plus the waiting room heard her. I fell sorry for the girls in the off having to listen to her if she yell at the patients I can amazing how she treats staff.

This place really missed the mark on my mother. Diagnosing her with a “virus” despite all the tell tale symptoms that she had a ruptured appendix.
Thankfully, my mom listened to those who actually cared (her children) and went to the emergency room where they had to perform emergency surgery that day. She was septic! Had my mother waited to do the cat scan study in March per the doctors orders, she wouldn’t have lived long enough to do it. Do better and care more. LISTEN to your patients.
