The owner told me they do not evict people because they complained. Well I got my eviction notice today. So above the fact they are a bad business, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. so enjoy your cockroaches and rats.

If even 1 star. I may get kicked out for this. I call to see if mail had been delivered yet.was told by Kristi it wouldn't be ready until about 3pm. Go to the office at 5min to 3pm. As I watch her pull out of the driveway and leave. Office locked up, note on the door that said be back by 3:30. She looked right at me and kept going. When she got back i said something to her. She slamed the door, barley got my hand out ,locked the door would not let me in for mail. I have packages here. She should NOT be working with the public. So what time is lunch

We've used their storage facility for about 6 months without an issue, and we've had a mailbox for the last year and are extremely happy with the service we receive. Kristi is fantastic and always a huge help.

My husband and I have had a PO Box here for 3 years and never had a problem...until they hired the woman that works there now... I have never dealt with someone as rude and unprofessional as she is... A couple weeks ago she didn't have time to sort out mail because she had to get her car to the mechanic... Another night I got there at 5:50 (10 minutes before they closed) and the door was locked. She unlocked the door for me and said " I was hoping for no more customers... But today she went above and beyond! My husband went to pick up a package at 1:00 pm...she wasn't there, doors were locked and lights were out. I called at 2:00 and she answered the phone... So my husband tried again to get our mail .. She started yelling at him and then followed him to our truck... Yelling at him the whole time... He asked for a complaint from, she said no. He asked for the owners name and email...she said no... Now she's trying to get us kicked out of our mailbox... Update... She managed to get us kicked out of our mailbox. This is after she had two of my packages returned to Amazon and Temu without my knowledge or consent. I tried to get a hold of the owner everyday for 3 weeks. He answered the phone once. He asked me to send him proof of package delivery and return...so I sent him screen shots... I never heard from him again. My advice is stay away from Kokopelli Storage. The woman at the front desk is mentally unstable, rude, immature, unprofessional, lazy and a liar... The owner is a spinless, rude and unprofessional waste of space!

Emptied unit 5 on 7-3 after a yr and although the people were kind it was dusty, full of black widows and mice. I didn't sweep out because I didn't want any of that left in my broom. I had to throw out a couple of things because of the mice and spiders and did so in their dumpster because I didn't want it in my car. Pam

Absolutely horrible!!! Tell you that your payment is due on the 30th & they lock you out in the 30th so you can’t get your stuff & you’re forced to pay another month!!! Total scumbag owner takes advantage of disabled people. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Mngr also is a liar. Say don’t worry about it, then says she never spoke to you! Dishonest all the way around!!!

We got our trailer annnnnd that’s about it! Customer service was very poor. The awkwardness was strange. Hopefully the front desk person is having better days...

We had a great experience there.no contract and was treated like family I highly recommend them they have accessories for moving and also have post office boxes a great place
