I got a out of state citation on vacation passing through Arizona. I had some questions regarding my situation, the Front desk lady who answered the court phone was prompt , friendly , nice & answered all my questions accordingly and without any annoyance from her. I was pleased with the response I received after reading the other reviews! From my phone conversation with her they got 5 stars from me.

This court system is very poorly run. Received a ticket while in Arizona from out of state and they waited until the court date to allow us to pay the fine via credit/debit card. When I called on the phone the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me to email the court. They then ignored 3 separate emails and a message via their website. The website they finally provided to pay the ticket fee does not work. There is no way to pay. If they are such a corrupt and money hungry court as previous reviews have stated, why won’t they let me actually pay my ticket? It makes no sense and I’m currently on the opposite side of the country and they won’t return my calls.

Well contrary to the reviews that are 1 stars that was old crew there has been replacements and with a new crew, so don't base your opinion on those 1 star reviews. I talk to Patrick about 2 minutes ago very helpful and very pleasant to talk to, went out of his way to get me name and phone number for the legal library. If I could give 6 stars I would.

My wife and I were married by Judge John Taylor, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. We didn't expect to have such an accepting and wonderful judge, since this town is not very lgbt friendly. However, Judge Taylor was incredible. He performed our ceremony with a massive smile and absolute warmth. It didnt even feel like a courthouse wedding. We are very pleased with how everything was.

I've been trying to deal with a ticket since January. The judges have yet to actually respond to emails and after finally telling me that they'll lift a suspension on my license so I can get back to work, they apparently mailed everything to me when they're supposed to send it to the Arizona state records department, they explained it as they don't have online access to ANY other department and just a "small rural department" yet they blatantly ignore that they can fax...

These idiots don't deserve the job that they have and the lack of honor from the judges has caused my job.
I'm beginning to think the email they have is a sham because likewise the idiot court clerks are lying through their teeth to people who wanted to actually work with them.

Called to ask a question and the little old lady was so rude and nasty wouldn’t even let me get my question out before being rude. Extremely awful if you absolutely need to deal with them.

Worst courthouse ever and i been to alot of courthouses they charge you for fees and the ticket hasnt even been heard they will not pass you to a supervisor the recepionist is the most unhelpful person .theyre just trying to get money out of you at any cost they tell me to email the judge what kind of court is that im getting charged real money so i need a real person infront of me to discuss my ticket not a email .the recepitonist brandy refused to pass me any supervisor
