We love our internet here in Benson. IEU has provided us with broadband internet to our little community at a very reasonable price. Due to our location outside of Benson proper, we had virtually no internet access except using our phone for a hotspot until IEU showed up. These young men provided a wonderful service and superb customer service. Every time we have a problem, they respond immediately; not three days later.

Rory and the team are amazing. I've had this company for years and the service is amazing. Today I had no internet they were at my house in 15 minutes and everything up and running. First time I ever had a problem and they were on it.

Quick update it’s been 7 months and still loving the service I am very pleased with Merlin and his team they are responsive and keep us up to date on the service and are doing a great job!!

If you’re new to the area I highly suggest giving them a ring and get set up.

I am new to the area and Merlin and his team were great. Working on a few weeks now with their service and it’s been perfect. They were right on time and the install was quick and no run around like I got in Tucson with the large providers. The owner is down to earth and stands by his word in what you get for your speeds. Every speed test is the same with little to no drops. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. Thanks for the communication and delivering what you said would be provided we are very happy.

The owner was rude and blamed and bad qualities of their service's on us. Constant disrespect and disregard of customers and their buisness. It's more of a flaming reality TV show with horrid ratings and one show. The men who work their however were kind considerate and understood what was being asked. I do not recommend them as a internet provider. Ever.

I've worked from home in Benson, for the past 2 years and these guys have been my provider for the entire length of time and they are by far the Best customer service I have experienced in a ISP in all my year, I did have a few drops of service but I never got fired, I'm relocating now but would Highly recommend IEU to anyone in the area, Good Service, Great Price Excellent Personnel
