We had the most wonderful experience with Hospics of Havasu. They were so kind and compassionate when it came to final care. They were empathetic and helped us navigate a very difficult situation. I want to thank the entire staff at Hospice of Havasu for the continued support they each gave to me and the meticulous care they provided to my cousin. They implemented comfort measures on Day 1 and the nurses were available 24/7, very easy to reach and always knowledgeable of my cousin's condition. Very kind, very professional, and always supportive.

Nice little thrift store supporting a good cause. Maybe not the best organized, but certainly not the worst. Had several Hawaiian shirts in my size and a couple of other things that we decided that we couldn't live without. Friendly lady at the register.

My brother-in-law recently passed under the care of incredible nurses at Palidori House. He was kept very comfortable and passed peacefully. But most important was the compassion the nurses had when dealing with my sister. Pam, Trish, and Christine were truly kind, considerate, truthful and honest, and respectful with the patient and family. An excellent facility so supportive at a very stressful time.

Both Hospice of Havasu and Social Services have really let me and my family down. The system is broken. I called every place possible to help my vulnerable grandfather get safety and medical care while in his home. Social services contacted hospice and when I called to get updates on my grandfather I was told information could not be shared with me and she would get back to me once she talked to social services. That never happened and now my grandfather is gone and because my family he "lived" with are mentally ill, I was unable to communicate with my grandfather. Social services and hospice did nothing to help with this. He wanted to talk to me. I was one of the only things that brought him joy and that was taken from him. Shame on you Hospice AND social services. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I feel absolutely horrible for what conditions my grandfather had to live in up until his dying day. At least he finally gets peace.

This place has treated my mother and father horribly. At the most painful time for them they have completely refused to work with them or for them. I have had my own personal experience with hospice care and these folks are far from being anything decent and not even close to something I would want to have around in the times they should be. Stay away from them!

Leadership is horrible. Long term organization problems the Executive Directors they hire have no idea how to handle and/or change. Technology is 20 years behind. Treated like everyone is doing everything they are not supposed to be doing when most are doing everything right and are dedicated to Pt care. Busy work added for no reason.

These people robbed my dying husband and myself in the most devastating of ways.. I am so disgusted ,still, 8 months after my husband's death.... They do not care what the person dying wants, they do not , whatsoever, support family caregivers, they will go to any means to get patients in their Poladorl House,,,(my husband called the Death House) he did NOT WANT to go there.. And thats where he died.. I have yet to hear any sort of apology or an admittance of the mind boggling mistakes in judgemment the nurse made... Cuz THEY DONT CARE FOR ANYTHING BUT MONEY..
