Our realtor was Diana N. Diana was a horrible realtor, she says that she is trustworthy but that was a joke on us. We thought we could depend on her taking care of us but we were so wrong. She left a very bad impression which reflects on HomeSmart. Since we ended our client/realtor relationship with Diana we have already bought 2 houses and some acreage and HomeSmart realtors never enter our minds anymore, too bad they missed out on the commissions. The credit goes to Diana who caused us so much pain and grief! Diana how can you sleep at night?

Wow, using a handicap parking space when there’s no visible handicap placard or proper handicap license plate displayed all so that the realtor doesn’t have to walk far. Do better!

I sold my house and was given no choice in when the closing would occur. The buyers opinion in this transaction was the only one that mattered. I was given a little over two weeks to pack up my house and I repeatedly said to my realtor that this was not enough time for me to pack the house up. This was due to a massive recent surgery and another surgery on the way. The house was shown four times sold in September, each time the people arrived late and stayed way too long in the home. I had to pack up my animal and drive around for an hour plus each time until they were done. There was no respect for my time at all. Finally, the house sold in September and I was rushed to get all the paperwork done immediately. After the paperwork was done, I didn't hear back from the realtor, and after two weeks had to contact her to find out where to put the keys, manuals, etc for the buyers since I was moving two hours away and when the final walk through would occur. This whole experience made me feel like nothing more than another sale. I will not use this firm again.
