Un hotel que tiene lo necesario para poder realizar una visita de negocios, llege a una hora bastante tarde y mantuvieron mi reserva y la habitación era bien comoda , tiene bussines center con pc, una buena pileta climatizada y el personal es muy cordial , fui durante haloween y tienen decorado muy pintoresco la recepción. muy buena estadia.

Muy centrico, incluye desayuno, almohadas muy comodas, buena calefaccion, areas para fumadores y amplio estacionamiento. Les recomiendo conseguir tarjeta priority club para mejores tarifas.

I will say that I have never experienced such terrible customer service nor have I been treated with such disrespect!! Indian girl at the front desk has a bad chip on her shoulder. |Paid for the room through hotel.com just an hour before I tried to checkin. Receipt showed i just needed to pay the resort fee when I got to hotel for $13. I get to the hotel with a twenty ar bill to cover the $13. The girl at the desk very rudely told me they need $200 for incidentals. Since i used ALL the money I had paying for the room, I didnt have the additional funds. NO WHERE ON THE PARTNER SITE say ANYTHING about an additional room fee. Otherwise I wouldnt have made the reservation for this property. I had called a family member to ask if they woukd be willing to give their cc over the phone ....but the very unfriendly girl wouldn't take it. Because I couldnt check in without paying 200 more and it was non refundable, I lost out on ALL the money I had. And front desk actually told me" it is what it is". I can understand having the money for the room forfeited for a no show...but i showed up.|My 3 year old granddaughter and I had to sleep in my car.

Found this gem online and glad I did. Super easy to find, easy check in. The front desk staff and manager were very kind and helpful. Cute little sitting area with a full bar.
Free breakfast with lots of options. Stocked and clean. Coffee and Tea. Also a small selection of drinks and snacks for sale. There is a Keurig in the room with coffee as well. Fridge and microwave in room. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. We lucked out and had snow so absolutely beautiful to look out and see snow. Our room was clean the beds are very comfortable. Sheets and pillows supersoft and comfortable. Very well kept rooms would definitely recommend and pick this spot again.
Only con was pool and hot tub were under construction. Would've made it even better to hot tub after playing in the snow. Wouldn't let that stop us from returning next time.

Very comfy beds. The pool was closed for renovations when I was there, but it looked nice. The only downside was that they do not have a cold water dispenser and only sell bottled water. They had hot water during breakfast hours and an ice machine, so we made it work.
