David at the park store was friendly and explained to us how the non-profit organization worked for Grand Canyon. We bought souvenirs which are relatively priced lower than the souvenirs in the village. We loved everything we bought! Would recommend supporting the organization and buy all souvenirs from them.

Check your receipts. I went to the gift shop here on Tuesday of this week. I purchased an $18 hat and four postcards. Afterwards, I looked at my bill and noticed the man charged me for 2 hats. I remember him scanning it twice, but I never thought he was scamming me, I thought it just didn’t scan the first time. I’m from out of the country, so I didn’t notice and this is really upsetting. Definitely tainted the whole experience.

I generally go to Desert View for my entrance to the park and purchases at the Conservancy store. I cannot emphasize how positive, courteous and professional the staff was there last weekend. I renewed my membership and bought some educational supplies. Many designs and offerings are new since I was there last, and simply wonderful. Many congratulations on the reopening of one of the most iconic sites in the Park!
