Rennie Ross is very thorough at what she does. Also good communication and replying if needed and is willing to help most definitely. Also Hazel they were my cases workers in the past and I really appreciate them both.

Completely unprofessional. Calls are not returned. Resort to emails after talking to a supervisor and questions are not answered. Major errors in their work. Supervisors are complicit with subpar and disrespectful customer service from employees. They don't work well with my complex either. After seeing reviews from this site and others I understand I am not the only one dealing with the incompetence. Just because people are low income doesn't mean they deserve lackluster, incompetent, unprofessional service. If HUD is aware of this they should do an overhaul and sensitivity training. Not only that, they need an overhaul of their entire system it's obselete!

The one in a half year waiting list is actually false. It's not real. I haven't moved on the list in a year and four months. Told the lady me and my son really needed help that living where I do paying so much a month was living in squalor. She just said okay. I said okay that we're practically homeless is okay? She said sorry have a nice day. REAL PROFESSIONAL update...today is April 2020.. I've been on this list for over two years and check monthly to see my position. Today I'm now not even in the system! I'm livid now I have to figure this out this isn't just a little mistake these are families being meddled with.👏

I've been on the waiting list for 4 years soon as I get close to the top of the waiting list I get a letter in the mail from the Glendale office saying that I've been dropped from the waiting list so next I'm like hold on wait a minute so I called them. I told them that I didn't receive any letter saying about a fingerprint she said oh the letter got returned back okay so then she told me I had to come in and fill out a form to see if I could get back on the waiting list. It didn't make sense to me but I filled the form out anyways because we have been waiting for a long time. I got the 3rd letter saying bring proof where me n my kids are staying and to see if me and my children meet the requirements to get back on the waiting list. I have no address me n my kids are homeless I'm living with a friend gets to the appointment to find out that me and my children has been dropped off the waiting list over a zip code. The lady I had an appointment with was Tammie Harris. when I first walked in the vibe was off. Made timelike I didn't even have an appointment. I had to show them letter saying I have an appointment. Got in the room was feeling uncomfortable because she had an vibe like they already had mind made up to keep me off the waiting list. What me to bring proof I was in a shelter when clearly I'm showing you papers that have the shelter on it with the shelter name on the paper work. I had an statement from my friend. It's was not good enough proof for them to put me back on the waiting list. Told me to bring a letter showing I was in the shelter which should not have nothing to do with the fact it's because I didn't get the letter and her telling me that it was the wrong zip code. When clearly number just can get missed up wrote down wrong by a lil mistake don't see how them poeple are helpful I pray God have mercy on them. This is not over I will be taking this to another level

Its much nicer than Phoenix. The case workers are much more pleasant and don't treat you like a low life.

I applied for the lottery & was told I’d have to wait 4 weeks & it’s well over 4 weeks ! Still haven’t heard anything .
