Anna and the team at EVR Spur Cross have been incredible! From the first tour I received from Anna to the follow up calls to secure a place for me to call home. They are so welcoming to everyone.

The community is very peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful place. Abigayle & Amanda were very accommodating & very helpful. Every question I had they have answered. You can tell they love what they do. I can definitely recommend this place! Just gorgeous! All Samsung appliances which I love! I checked out some other apartments/rental homes & wasn’t impressed until I looked at this one. I liked how they weren’t pressuring me to decide as the other places I was looking at were.

I’m not sure how to rate this apartment complex. I had lived there for a year and a half. Ladies in the front are super sweet. Maintenance is great. I will say, however, their valet trash is horrible. People have complained so much about their trash not being picked up. They won’t reimburse you for it (which is $35). My old apartment complex would take valet trash off if I wasn’t using it. That should be an option for this place. Their pricing for apartments are ridiculous. 2k for a 1 bedroom. I had to move because I had a life changing situation and I just couldn’t afford to live there anymore. I had to pay 3k, almost 4k to get out of the apartment. I have a newborn. I have to buy him formula and diapers, etc. Now, I have little money to pay for anything for him, especially for his surgery. If you can afford $2,000-$4,000, this is the place for you. If you can’t afford that, then this place is not for you. It wasn’t for me and they certainly don’t care if you have a life changing situation.

I love living at EVR Spur Cross! Been here for over a year and renewed my lease. Love how the homes make you feel like you have your own space and are cozy, modern with technology and a great layout! My favorite part is the private backyards that my dogs can play in! The community is great and everyone is friendly with each other. The staff is amazing, and keeps us up to date on things and does an amazing job! Don’t forget about the maintenance crew - they do a wonderful job and if I need to submit a maintenance request, they are prompt and the issue is fixed quickly!! It’s an overall great experience living here. I also like that it’s so close to whatever you need and sometimes 2 of it - you can go into Queen Creek or go the other way into San Tan!! Very convenient.

We just moved in here to EVR and everyone has been amazing! Robert came over promptly and was friendly and helpful. He did a great job fixing the water spout. Amanda has been so kind, quick, and wonderful in the office. The whole team here does great work! Thank you so much.

Lived here for a year now and just renewed our lease!
This is the first apartment we’ve ever stayed more than a year in so that shows a lot! Really feels like a home here. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and quick to fix issues the right way. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

I truly enjoy living here. It’s a smoke free community which I adore, and it’s fairly quiet even though there are a lot of dog owners here. The units are new and pretty clean, and I love being able to have a “smart home” & set up things from my phone. The entire front office management team is amazing, Luis and Seleania are so kind and easy to work with and made it a very comfortable experience when I was moving in. They even have fun community events like pool parties and paint nights for the residents.
I also really appreciate the maintenance team here and all of the help that Micheal and Robert provide, they are the best. I request a service and they typically come early the next day, do a great job and are super quick about it. Even if I am not home or sleeping, I know exactly when they enter & exit the unit, but they are so kind and it’s very nice feeling like you can trust the people working in your home. I am truly impressed with this complex so far, really don’t have many complaints except for not enough open parkings spots. But that seems to be an issue pretty much everywhere, not just here. Overall, I’d say I love Spur Cross, highly recommend.

Mark Taylor did their thing and hired the RIGHT people.

I’m currently in A Mark-Taylor community so of course I wanted to stick with them.
Upon arriving here, the drive in is beautiful, the leasing office is Gorgeous. But the people made it worth it.
Walking into the office I was greeted by Lucinda And Luis. My partner and I were so nervous to come and tour since it’s a little farther than we are used to.
But they made us feel so much better, I love that they weren’t acting like robots, still professional but they really cared about how we felt about the community.
Lucinda took her time answering every little question we had and didn’t hover over us during the tour (my absolute fave)
She really felt like a friend we hadn’t seen in a while.
Now I was sold on the community right when I toured the home but was still skeptical but Lucinda and Luis really sold us on the community.
They weren’t pushy, and just amazing, it’s hard to find a leasing company that has actual good leasing reps who care about your well being and thought process.
