I recently moved to this apartment complex from out of town, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I reached out, Jennifer was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and guided me through every step, which was especially important since I was new to the area.

The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities I could need. The community is quiet, friendly, and welcoming, making it a great place to call home. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the management team. Highly recommend!

I have been living here since Jan 2021 and for the most part I have absolutely loved it. Management has consistently worked with me whenever I need anything, maintenance is just as diligent as well. It’s a quiet complex, people stay to themselves but are also friendly. I love the location as well. Everything is just minutes away. The only thing I feel we could really use is security at night. The area is becoming more and more active, a few of us work graveyard shifts and as a female it would be nice to know someone is always around if we need them. Otherwise, I do love it here and haven’t found much of a reason to leave anytime soon.

Jenn the assistant manager did an AMAZING job giving us our tour!! She was so friendly, and funny. She showed us both a smaller unit and a bigger one so would could compare for price. She is very knowledgeable about the complex as she lives there herself. She was able to answer ALL our questions, EXCELLENT experience!!! Amazing job from Jenn!!

I’ve lived here for over two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The management team is super responsive, and any maintenance request I've made has been handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are always clean, and the amenities (pool, gym, and BBQ area) are great for relaxing or hanging out with friends. It’s also in a prime location, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Keyla and Jenifer in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful making the Enclave an exceptional community to live in.

Do you want an apartment where you can hear everything your neighbors are doing do you wanna be able to hear everything going on outside. Do you never want your maintenance to be taken care of. This is definitely the place for you with an office staff that does absolutely nothing. How about a hot tub that is broken for most the year . a pool that is never cleaned. How about an ac that leaks. If this sounds like an apartment you want them the enclave at paradise valley is the apartment for you!!!!!

I recently moved across country and spent a day going to various apartment complexes.The Enclave won me over by the beauty, the staff and the accommodations. I am leasing a retreat apartment and love it!!! plenty of space in the living room and a spacious bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

There were a couple cosmetic things that needed a little work and after I informed the leasing office, 15 minutes later there was a maintenance man named Rubin knocking on my door. He was great, very intelligent and personable and knew what he was doing. If you are moving to Phoenix and need a place fast, the Enclave is the way to go. Easy application and a fast turn around.

Keila and Jennifer at the leasing office are amazing, very knowledgeable and down to earth people and very welcoming. I toured four apartment complexes in one day and at those site toursI felt like I was treated like a statistic and not a person. Keila at the Enclave showed me around and it was a complete opposite experience. I felt like a person and not a statistic. Once I stepped foot into the apartment on my tour, It instantly felt like home. The move in process was a breeze and I am now settled in my new accommodation. They have ready to go internet modems, all you have to do is call Cox and they will activate it remotely, or you can choose a different wifi provider.

Setting up electricity was also super easy , you give APS a call and they can remotely put the electricity in your name.

They also host tenant wide functions so you can meet your neighbors which I find super cool.

There is assigned covered parking in the car ports and they are generally close to your unit so there is no fighting over parking spots. You get one car under a car port and additional vehicles or guest vehicles have to park in the uncovered area.the Enclave apartment complex is located super close to a super Walmart and a Super Target and other great chains.

To close my review I am very happy I chose the Enclave and I look forward to my time here.
