Highly recommend stopping in to see Blake… we have been shopping for the perfect golf cart for several months… The showroom and inventory is impressive but not overwhelming and Blake answered all of our questions in a knowledgeable and confident manner. BUYER BEWARE!!!

UPDATE: 3 weeks after writing this review I was able to get my golf cart repaired at another shop. COST $750 THAT DOUBLE R SHOULD BE PAYING!! I will add another update here if Double R reimburses me. This work is covered under their “warranty”.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t be fooled by the high reviews and Blake’s pitch of putting his carts first for service. He also asked us to give him a 5 star review. He delivered the cart the same day and even though the radio wasn’t hooked up, I still gave them a high review. After experiencing their inability to return calls and service their own carts, I deleted that review.

They don’t comply with their own 1 year warranty. I purchased a cart from them in May 2024. Have wrestled with them to get service tech out. Recently I’ve been waiting since August for them to replace a steering knuckle that their own tech diagnosed. SAFETY ISSUE!!

Tech supposed to come out today 11/25/24. I previously called and left two voicemails asking them what time someone would be out. They never returned my calls, and blew off the appointment today. This isn’t the first time they’ve blown off an appointment.

Jerry will give you some line about their swamped, their work van is in the shop or there’ve been hurricanes. (Milton was 6 weeks ago and your phones are still out)
If I had known any of this ahead of time, I would not have bought a golf cart from them. I have 5 months left on their warranty.

They get your money and that’s all they care about. Read the other low rated reviews. My story is so so similar to others. Don’t end up like me!

Highly recommend Double R...purchased a beautiful cart from Blake who is very knowledgeable and professional. I wanted to surprise my parents with a customized cart and Blake made the whole process easy. My parents were very surprised and happy with their new cart! Thanks again Blake!

Great experience from start to finish. I did my research and Jerry and Blake are the best in the business. They customized our cart and helped throughout the process answered all my questions. Went in on Sunday custom cart was delivered next Saturday. Don't waste your time anywhere else
