Horrible experience upon arrival. 06-Dec-2026 11:45 am The front desk girl really needs to learn some manners… like saying “good afternoon,” “hello,” “welcome,” etc. When we arrived, without greeting us or saying a single polite word, the only thing she did was give instructions about how they were full and had no space, and that the only thing she could do was store our luggage. I repeated again, “Good afternoon, how are you?” and without answering, she just said, “I’m just letting you know that we’re full.” Once again I said, “Good afternoon, how are you?” I truly believe that anyone working at the front desk should know how to treat new guests—by being polite and welcoming them properly.

Great location lots of restaurants close to it there's a publix store 2 blocks away. close to the beach nice rooms clean and comfortable. They will provide with beach towels also chairs are free at the beach but not the umbrella. The lady at Reception Ana was very helpful and check us in really quick all personal was friendly.

I stayed at Crystal Beach in North Miami and the experience was disappointing. They required a $250 deposit, which was not shown anywhere on the website — I only received that information by email after the booking was completed. Very misleading. Customer service was unprofessional and not helpful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — I woke up with back pain every morning. You can’t open the windows, so there’s no fresh air in the room, and it felt stuffy the whole time. For the price and expectations, definitely not worth it.

Good location close to many restaurants and stores...close to the beach. I didn't like the lobby. When I walked in I thought I wouldn't like it. But the room was very nice, cozy and very clean. No ramp to get a cart at the entrance is a negative. But overall I would recommend it. The front desk was very friendly.

I was late to check out by 15 minutes because the night before I got like 2 hours asleep and I was sleeping when they send the staff banging on my door and calling my room phone then charged me 30 dollars for being 15 minutes late to check out when I stayed there for over a week very rude staff and house keeping is very rude the lady who works at the front desk needs to be fired! Do not come to this hotel the elevators also are the slowest elevators I have ever seen!! Very disappointed extremely unfriendly front staff The lady at front desk called and said she’s charging me so it’s not automatic she called the hotel phone in my room that I was staying at. If I could give zero stars I would also there was mold!

This hotel did not have oceanfront it had ocean side you could not view it from the room, but what it did have was a lot of trash and the smells inside and outside was just very bad the stove Top did not work in two of the three rooms that I booked. The refrigerator had accumulated ice It was not easy to communicate with the staff due to language barriers. The carpet was dark and dingy. The walls were painted yellow, so it made everything in the room look dingy. This would not be a place that I would suggest due to the atmosphere surrounding the rooms and the outside of the Hotel

Great location, close to beach and many nearby eateries, grocery store, bus stops. But rooms are claustrophobic as no ventilation, windows can not be opened. Big rooms but not so many amenities. This is advertised as if a resort quality but in real its just bigger Motel with swimming pool. Way many instructions, rules and restrictions posted all over. Not so friendly front desk. Not worth the cost even though it was mid level costly for me.

Disappointing stay. After a long drive from Central Florida, we arrived to find no parking—concierge directed us to public parking on 72nd with a 4-hour max. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and felt sticky and generally a little unclean. The pool was nice (but busy) and the beachfront location with included chairs was a plus, but we ended up booking an Airbnb instead. Just a heads-up if you plan to have a car in Miami—this hotel is not convenient for drivers.
