Honestly, this place is so much better than Crumbl! The cookies taste like real cookies, not just butter, and the packaging is absolutely adorable. We tried the Churro cookie and the chocolate chip, and wow—both were incredible! We’ll definitely be ordering our cookies from here from now on!

I bought a 4 Pack, was the only person there and had to repeat the cookie order 3 times to the cashier. Was handed a beautiful box! Opened the box when I got home and found my order to be completely wrong. We tried to make the best of it but of the 4 we could only share 2. The two we didn't eat, one was really dry and the other slightly undercooked and over the top sweet. Overall they all lacked flavor. Customer service was definitely poor on all levels, for what I paid and the generous tip, I did expect more.

Can't see ever returning. 😕

Don’t understand $5 cookies

But now I fully understand and if you too don’t get it, Chunk is the best place to start.

Luckily I downloaded the app and got a free cookie. Buttery , warm, chunky! It even taste good hours later sitting in the console of my car.
At first, I thought the dough was raw but I think it’s part of their uniqueness. It’s just soft in the inside and more firm on the outside.

The design is very pleasing to the eye. The staff member was welcoming but didn’t suggest a cookie to try. I played it safe but I was very curious about the lemon poppyseed.

Definitely will try again if I’m in the area.

Dasani water with gourmet cookies is kinda odd- hopefully they upgrade the water to something more premium. I’m not from AZ so maybe it’s a fan fave.

Update: left it in my console allllll nite, (I got it like 1030am)in the same bag they gave it to me . Didn't put it in Tupperware til noon ( the next day), ate at 430p , same softness, same outer crunch. Never experienced that with ANY cookie, not even Mrs fields . Mind blownnn

When I saw the signs go up, I knew I had to go as soon as you opened. As soon as I got out of work I headed over. The line was long, [All the way around the corner,] but the wait was well worth it! One of the owners came out and introduced himself-he told us about how they're a locally owned place and was super friendly! My kids and I had never been to chunk cookies before but we were excited to try these! Once we stepped inside, the shop smelled delicious, and was well staffed. Everyone was working hard and together to get our orders together quickly! ❤️ The shop is decorated beautifully and felt welcoming and upbeat! What a great experience this was, and although the wait was almost 20 minutes, we ALL still give you 5 stars and "double thumbs up"! Thanks for building this amazing shop so close to our home. We'll be back again soon!

Chunk used to be a 5, but when we ordered cookies, a cinnamon roll, and a raspberry croissant a week or so ago we were seriously disappointed. For some reason their cookies have changed, they're now large and flattened instead of chunky. The edges were so hard it was difficult to bite through. The middle was softer but still not good. The cinnamon roll was tough and hard to cut through with a fork even after softening it in the microwave. The croissant was okay but nothing to get excited about. We were able to get a refund for the cookies and cinnamon roll, seemed a little ridiculous to me that instead of refunding the whole order they only refunded a portion 🤨 but I'm grateful we were able to get at least some of our money back and honestly I was craving their cookies and would have preferred to be able get the amazing cookies they had earlier last year 😭

Had a great experience at Chunk in the Safeway plaza on Combs and Gantzel (Ironwood). The cookies were amazing! You can tell the owners really care. They are struggling with all the crazy construction. Go buy cookies so we dont lose good businesses

We love Chunk Cookies and bakery. You can't beat their warm cookies. Every one we've tried, we have loved. Also, there cinnamon rolls (especially the raspberry) are incredible!

This place will accept door dash orders without reading. I ordered a 12-pack for a party I was having, and they even called me to make sure I got the cookies I wanted, which is nice, but they still gave me the wrong order. I don’t understand that I got four cookies why call me to make sure if you are going to get it wrong
