I have been taking my son here for the last 3 years and he still loves it! The illumination train is my favorite it's so fun! There are lots of different light displays with great music and it's a decently long (but not too long) ride too. The lady working at the train is awesome, she has so much energy and she even got my son and a few other kids out dancing with her while waiting in line for the next train. The food is kind of expensive, I paid $8 for a small cup of Mac n cheese and my son was still hungry after so ended up spending another $12 I think for funnel cake. At least it was good food. If you want to see Santa I suggest getting there right when they open. Last year we got there before they opened and the line was still really long but this year we got there 15 minutes after opening and the wait was already 1 hour long which is way too long for a 5 year old boy to stand in one place doing nothing and it stayed that way the rest of the night so the last 2 years we missed out on seeing Santa. I think that's the one thing they could improve on especially considering that's probably a big part of the reason people go. Feeding the reindeer is another favorite but I suggest going to do that sooner than later as they seem to get full or less interested in taking food from the kids later in the evening. Bathrooms are decent and seem to be kept up with pretty well. If you are looking for a place to have some Holiday fun Christmas at Schnepf Farms should be on your list!

Great Christmas experience. Definitely recommend getting tickets in advance and showing up when the place opens to make sure you can do everything. Kids had a great time. Would come back next year.

The place is nice and I can appreciate being out of the city for a couple of hours. The food prices are a little high and the wait times are long and take up the majority of your time so I should have planned ahead for that. But some of the rides like the train were sold out. My kids enjoyed it but I couldn't really find anything to make me want to come back.

I have come here for the past 5 years, I love the lights and atmosphere. Workers are very nice, I would love to rate it more stars, but past 2 years it has been beyond packed. You spend more time waiting in lines than actually enjoying the activities. 3 hrs and literally 3 activities done, another 30 min in line for a funnel cake. 1hr after opening and they ran out of s'more kits, which is unfortunate since my kids really looked forward to it.

This was such a fun experience! We haven’t gone in past years because it always seemed a little over priced for what they offered. However, this year was amazing! The train ride through the lights was very well done and my kids loved it. There were many things to do which we didn’t have time to get it all done. My only negative thing to say is that it is still pretty pricey. Most things to do a “pay per event” type thing. So your admission cost doesn’t cover most things. It’s still a fun experience worth doing every year as tradition.

A family tradition since 2018!! Every year is, for lack of better words, magical. LOVE that they extended the train and teamed up with World of Illumination. The ice skating is always a great time as well. Wouldn't mind lower prices on simple things like coffee and hot chocolate, I mean, we paid enough just for tickets, add ons and food..... Come on....

This year it seems like they're allowing more people in than in the past. We arrived at 5:17 and didn't get inside until 5:50 because there was one person scanning tickets (the other girl just stood there the whole time). The kids did the obstacle course twice, we got food, and we rode the train and then it was time to leave cause it was 8:30. The line for the train was probably an hour and a half. I don't think we'll be back which is disappointing as I wanted this to be a yearly tradition, and while there are absolutely changes that could be made to fix things I doubt they will be enacted, because then they may not make as much money.

This year was a bit disappointing. Less rides, no fake snow where coroler where. Pretty much most everything cost money after paying 25 per head to get in. Couldn't even ride the train.
Ice skating was good, no employees out there keeping it safe. Saw multiple injuries and people skating wrong directions. Been there 5 past years straight this might be our last as it seemed more about the $$ and less about the experience for locals.
