Since September, I’m proud to say I’ve lost 25 lbs, and I'm achieving it naturally by eating whole foods and learning about my body and a huge part of my success is thanks to Susan. Her support, guidance, and wealth of knowledge have been invaluable on my weight loss journey. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the body, and explains things in a way that truly resonates—especially how sugar impacts our health in ways I never fully understood before.

I’m learning so much about myself and the incredible ways our bodies work. I’ve also realized how, over time, our bodies grow tired of trying to protect us from the effects of poor eating habits. Through it all, Susan has been nothing but supportive. She never judges, only encourages, and helps me understand my body without shame or guilt.

Don’t go here for Botox! I was going to Susan for several months and was happy with her injections. She’s a lovely woman. But the last one didn’t take—she agreed—so she tried again. It still didn’t. She offered to try again but I declined And asked please for a refund. She refused to refund my $400. I didn’t want to try yet another unsuccessful attempt which you can’t blame me. I went to ShannaSue at Modern Beauty Bar and she did my Botox perfectly. It was not my “metobolism” as Susan tried to say. Learned a hard and expensive lesson. I truly thought Susan had the integrity to do the right thing being in business for herself. Live and learn sadly. They charge $2 more per unit here than other places.

I do not have wrinkles that I want taken care of, not that I don't have any, no botox, no facials, none of that. I want and NEED to lose weight and keep it off. I need a new lifestyle. I am a 69 year old male that had quadruple by pass surgery almost 4 years ago, weigh over 70 pounds more than I did before the surgery, for many reasons, and really enjoy bourbon. I am obese and I have tried everything you can think of, just about any special food program advertised, and never achieved success. Small improvements but the weight came right back.
I am disgusted with my weight and what I have let my body become.
I finally decided I needed professional help. I have a female co-worker/friend who has been with Susan for years with great success and I finally asked her about Blue Skies.
I was very nervous and suspicious when I went to my first appointment. When I walked into the office, I found it very relaxing. I think it is certainly designed etc in an effort to appeal more to females than males, but very soothing nonetheless.
The front desk personal was great and continues to be so.
After one hour with Susan.....actually about an hour and half, I learned more about my body and all of my blood test results than I had in the past 69 years from Doctors, M.D., D.O. and specialists.
As we talked Susan, a true professional in her field, learned about me in a very open give and take conversation.
As a result, we set my goal of losing 70 lbs. in 90 days and MAINTAINING that new weight.
Change in supplements, nutrition, daily eating routines and components etc etc etc.
When I left that first day, I felt 110% confident that we will achieve my lofty goal. NOTE that I said WE!!! I was literally thrilled that I had met Susan.
Now you may be thinking that I have been with Susan for sometime now, but the truth is I am just closing in on my first month and I am progressing so rapidly, it is thrilling. I follow everything put forth by Susan. I can not wait till I reach my goal, continue to learn about my body and to work with Susan to develop a program to maintain.
Men..... and women, if you want someone to help you on your weight control journey, Susan is it. A trained professional, not someone that is your coach online, supporting an advertised overpriced unhealthy food program that ultimately will probably do more harm to your body than good.

Where do I begin? I have various health issues plus a full-time job and mother of 4 teens/adults.
