I can’t not express myself enough to say that all the staff there was/is amazing!! I needed an MRI done and they understood my claustrophobia/anxiety and they went beyond to make me feel comfortable. The whole time they keep checking up on me to make sure I was doing ok in there . They are the absolute amazing and best care I have ever gotten. Thank you to everyone that works there and I recommend this location 100000%

Don't try to schedule open mri. They are booked like a month out and I guess they take forever to get an auth through. Front check in was quick and freindly. Mammogram tech also very nice and helpful. Talks you through stuff and puts you at ease. Bone density lady though..never spoke to me other than getting on the table. Never explained anything going on..plus I have shoulder issues and positional veritgo..told ok to go..I struggled to get up as she waited by the door. I had to ask for help, then seemed to get impatient as I stood and waited for my balance to come back. The room smelled like very old pirfume, or old potpourri. Weird. Ok experience but depends on what you need done, and who does it.

My experience at Banner Imaging in Gilbert was efficient and pleasant as could be. Not always are these tests or scans comfortable, however, these practitioners worked well together in a friendly and professional manner. They made the experience as pleasant as possible by working efficiently and with purpose. They knew what they needed to do and did it well. Thank you.

I had a STAT right leg ultrasound performed @ this location. All the staff I encountered were very polite & respectful. Sandy Estrella was my Ultrasound Technologist; She explained the procedure and asked several times during the exam if I was experiencing any pain. I highly recommend this Banner Imaging location in Gilbert. I've also had other exams @ this site; all with a positive & pleasant experience.

Where do I begin? I will never go to any other imaging place except for Banner Gilbert. The experience I had yesterday has never been matched by any other imaging center. From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed, comfortable and are promptly called to check in by a member of its reception staff. Vanessa checked me in and she was very courteous and professional. Then, a very sweet young man named Nick escorted me to the back where he provided me with further instructions and a comfortable room to change into a gown. He had the kindest, most attentive demeanor. I was quickly called into the exam room for my shoulder MRI by a lovely lady named Geovana. She was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience a pleasure (most people can't say that about an MRI!!). Geovana truly embodies the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, kindness and care. I felt so very blessed to have her conduct the imaging process. She deserves the highest praise and recognition for providing excellence and kindness in medical service beyond measure. By the way, I highly recommend their open MRI, it was very comfortable! Everyone at Banner Gilbert Imaging deserves a round of applause and the highest recognition! Thank you, thank you to all of you!!

I have had several procedures of different types at this facility and the staff and technicians have always been amazing. I especially thank Sandi who performed my latest testing and took extra care and time to ensure I was properly evaluated. All of the staff are professional, prompt, caring, and a pleasure to deal with.

The staff at this Banner location were excellent. I was a little bit nervous/anxious about the testing I needed and the staff was so comforting. I unfortunately had to stop the first test from being too nervous, but the staff helped me feel settled to try again. They let me go after their last patient of the day, which I’m sure created extra work for them. Everyone was just so kind to me and understanding about my nerves. I am so appreciative of their kindness, they made my experience really positive. I would highly recommend this place!
