If I could give them a 10, I would. Traveling during the January 9th snow storm and slid off the road hitting a tree stump. Had damage to the front of our car, but was able to drive. Needed to drive back to Oklahoma and needed someone to look at my car prior to driving back just to make sure it was good to go at a high speed. While the whole town was basically shut down and we were in a hotel needing to travel home the next day, Bill agreed to look at my car after spending all night out towing stuck cars. He got the car up on the rack, inspected it, then shored up the front bumper with zip ties to make sure it would hold up at highway speed. He did this for a nominal fee (could've charged me a ton for his time, but didn't) and at the drop of a hat. I can't thank him and his wife Denise for taking the time to help an out of towner in need. Wonderful people and a solid mechanic.

We are traveling and 9 hours away from home and we googled this garage and they were so kind to fix the loud noise that was happening going down the interstate. I would recommend this place to anyone!

If we could give this place 10 stars I would! The absolute best service we’ve ever had at any place of business. My son’s truck was overheating on the way to Little Rock and they immediately looked at our vehicle and got us back on the road, even on a busy Friday. Bill & his wife are phenomenal people. I called with a potentially serious problem on a Friday and was told to come right in. They diagnosed it explained everything and did exactly what we asked. They were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your automotive needs as they care about their customers!!

Ok y’all, we live 15 hrs from Ouachita. Needless to say, when our daughter had car trouble we were nowhere near able to help her. Bill and Denise were fantastic. We just got a handwritten thank you note and offer to help our daughter whenever needed, even if it’s after hours. What outstanding customer service! Highly recommend sending your kiddos there 🥰

Hands-down the most gracious and professional service we have encountered. Bill and his wife helped us in a pinch as we were driving cross country and had warning lights pop up. Despite having a full schedule, they squeezed us in, diagnosed and fixed the issue so we could be on our way. What a blessing!

What a blessing! Saved us passing through headed to the lake with a camper! Not only were our breaks fixed, my son and I were blessed by the great, uplifting conversation during the wait! There are a lot of good people still out here during these trying times! Automo”Bill” and Automo”Denise” are definitely two of them!
