I cannot say enough good things about Advanced Med Spa! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. I is truly amazing; she takes the time to listen and engage with her patients. Her knowledge is impressive, and she goes above and beyond to ensure you feel supported. I had some health issues that required additional research, and Dr. I took the initiative to look into them for me, even sending relevant medical research to help me understand my options. Dr. Iannitelli and the entire staff at Advanced Image and Med Spa are outstanding. Dr “I” as she goes by is the best. She is so easy to talk to and answers all my questions no matter how trivial. All I can say is RUN AWAY… unless you would like huge laser damage circles on your face. One of the most traumatic experiences ever. Owner told me my skin was worse off before they did this to me 🙃.. absolutely disgusted with this place and one of my biggest regrets of my life.

Update- oh I had reached out to the “facility” and that psychotic doctor screamed at me on the phone, told me I was worse off before who I had NEVER even met or seen, and HUNG UP on me!!! It’s been over a year and the scarring still remains. I have been to a cosmetic dermatologist who had told me this was complete negligence and prescribed be a medication for the “laser induced vertigo”. This doctor does not specialize in these type of procedures and is an O.D…. Go to a REAL professional who went to school for these things… and make sure to NEVER have a laser tech perform these things. I was so worried about getting this procedure and was reassured repeatedly saying how it was a very gentle procedure. I left with my face feeling like it was on complete FIRE! I called and told them that. They said to put an ice pack on but the damage was done..

Doctor I and all the staff are absolutely amazing. She's great at what she does. She cares about people. I always feel comfortable in welcomed and like. I'm in the best hands when I go there for treatments.
I lived in Arizona for 10 years. And I saw a doctor I for quite a while now. I have been Michigan and I still have my treatments there. I've had botox fillers liposuction, a breast lift and I've had amazing care with every treatment I've ever had.
